Knorr Lasagnette is one of Knorr's great classics and a safe card to bring out smiles around the dinner table. It is easy and quick to prepare it. Lasagnette is a valued variant of lasagna, where the pasta pieces are smaller and the wavy edge of the pasta gives the pasta its own texture and appearance.

Knorr Lasagnette is prepared in the traditional way from durum wheat flour. The sauce mixture is seasoned with, among other things, onion, garlic, carrot, herbs and lemon. All you need to add is ground beef, milk and grated cheese to get a real Italian flavour. Feel free to try our dinner kit to easily make a vegetarian lasagna by swapping out the minced meat for vego flavours or vegetables. A tip: Feel free to add some tomato paste and yellow onion if you want to give your lasagna some extra flavor. Makes 4 portions

Just add: 500g minced meat, OR 300g mince and 230g lentils, 2 tbsp cooking oil, 350ml milk, grated cheese

Preparation: Less Meat version: 1. Heat the oven to 200C. Add 2 tbsp oil to a frying pan and brown 300g minced meat and 230g pre-cooked lentils in it. Add the sauce ingredients, 350ml milk and 600ml cold water. Stir and let it boil for a few minutes. 2. Put the pasta pieces in a greased baking dish and pour the sauce evenly over the pasta. Sprinkle grated cheese on top if desired. 3. Bake in the oven on the middle level for 25-30 minutes. Let the Lasagnette rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Classic meat version: 1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Add 2 tbsp oil to a frying pan and brown 500g minced meat. Add the sauce ingredients, 350ml milk and 600ml cold water. Stir and let it boil for a few minutes. 2. Put the pasta pieces in a greased baking dish and pour the sauce evenly over the pasta. Sprinkle grated cheese on top if desired. 3. Bake in the oven on the middle level for 25-30 minutes. Let the Lasagnette rest for 5 minutes before serving.
