No artificial preservatives. Minimum 76% roe. Ingredients: cod roe, water, vegetable oil, tomato paste, salt, thickener (carrageenan), stabilizer (locust bean gum)
Ingredients (8 pcs)
200 g luxury Amanda Roe 2 tbsp finely chopped onion 3 tbsp sour cream approx. 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp salt radishes, diced watercress (optional) 8 slices sandwich bread
Mash Luxury Amanda Roe with a fork. Add onions and sour cream. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Serve the mousse between slices of sandwich bread and cut them into triangles.
