Spaetzle are a Swabian classic and are enjoyed on all occasions. In Southern Germany there are many Spaetzle traditions with a variety of pasta shapes. The Spaetzle Farmer Style is one of the most classic shapes. They are long and straight and loved in the Swabian kitchens.
We use the freshest eggs and the best durum wheat semolina available for the production of our egg pasta. The addition of eggs defines the taste, intensifies the golden coloring, and enhances the cooking characteristics of the pasta.
