A classic creamy sauce perfect with dill and lemon for baked and grilled fish. Includes three packs, each making 200ml of ready sauce.
Preparation: 1. Beat the contents of the bag in a saucepan of 250ml milk. 2. Boil the sauce with stirring and simmer for about 2 minutes while stirring. 3. Remove the pan and add 25g butter or margarine. Beat until the fat melts. Serve.
