Cream sauce is a classic with a long tradition in Scandinavian cuisine. A smooth taste thanks to Blå Band Cream sauce is perfect for meatballs and mince burger accompaniment. It is also suitable for fried meat, liver or sausage gravy.
Includes three packs, each making 300ml of ready sauce.
Preparation: 1. Mix the contents of one sachet into 150ml of cold water and 150ml of low-lactose milk. 2. Bring the sauce into boil stirring constantly and allow to simmer for 2 minutes. Serve.
