A beef and pork sausage with rustic spices, named after the Hungarian town of Debrecen. Feel the heat and taste the meat. The right amount of Cayenne Pepper and Garlic adds to the wonderful taste. Best prepared: Put in boiling water, turn the heat off and simmer for 7 - 8 min. Even your BBQ will be surprised. This is another sausage that doesn't need any sauce.
