Cevapcici is a spicy grilled dish of minced meat, a type of kebab, found traditionally in the Central and Southeastern Europe
Preparation: Stir the bag contents with 70 ml of lukewarm water and let stand for a few minutes. Add 500 g of minced meat to the prepared mixture and stir well. Shape meat sticks or hamburgers and bake them on barbecue or in a pan.
Tip: Cevapcici were originally made with lamb, in which case add some mustard to the mix.
Ingredients: dried onion, table salt, bread crumbs (wheat flour, yeast, salt), garlic, wheat flour, powder eggs, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), black pepper, dried red pepper, corn starch, marjoram, hydrogenated herbal fat.
