Danish style sweet birthday buns baking mix, just add water! 500g makes 10-12 buns.
Preparation: 1. Empty the mix in a bowl and add 250ml hand warm (37C) water, mix well. 2. Knead for 5 minutes 3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it raise 25 mins in a warm place 4. Pour the dough on a floured surface and make 10-12 ball shaped buns 5. Place the buns on a baking tray with baking paper, cover with a towel and let raise for 25mins. Preheat oven to 200C 6. Bake for approx 12 minutes
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, wheat fiber, palm oil, dried yeast, iodised salt, wheat sourdough (wheat flour, sourdough culture), egg powder, wheat gluten, glucose syrup, wheat malt, milk protein, cardamom, wheat starch, emulsifier (vegetarian Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, Sodium stearoyl lactylate, vegetarian diacetyl tartaric acid ester of mono- and diglycerides), stabiliser (Sodium triphosphate), curcuma, enzymes, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
