With the Dreamcake mix it is quick and easy to bake this classic Danish cake (Drømmekage). All you need to do is add water, oil and butter.
Preparation: 1. Heat oven to 175C 2. Empty the mix (BAG 1) in a bowl and add 200ml water and 50ml sunflower oil 3. Mix the dough well. 4. Butter a 200-240mm round cake dish and place the dough in it evenly 5. Bake the cake for approx 25mins 6. While the cake is baking, make the coconut topping. Mix the coconut (BAG 2) into a small bowl with 25ml water and 50g melted butter 7. Mix well 8. Take the cake out of the oven and turn the heat up to 200C 9. Place the coconut topping on the cake and then bake a further 8-10 minutes 10. Let cool before serving
