Zürcher Geschnetzeltes (German for "ragout Zurich style", in Zürich German „Züri-Gschnätzlets“) is a Swiss dish from the Zurich region.
You'll need 250g (one cup) meat or poultry cut into strips (use Veal, Pork loin, Chicken or meat substitute - your preference), 150g of Mushrooms (fresh or canned - drained), 200ml cooking cream and 100ml white wine. Makes 3 portions. Suitable for vegans.
Serve with Spaetzle or Rösti and vegetables. Net weight 32g.
