It's so easy in the pot: 1. Bring lightly salted water in a large pot to boil. Meanwhile add 250ml cold water to the contents of the bag in a bowl and let swell for 2 minutes. 2. Stir the dough briefly. With damp hands form about 6 dumplings. 3. Place the dumplings in the boiling water and gently cook for 7 minutes.
Serving suggestion: roll the dumplings in butter breadcrumbs, dust with sugar and serve with fruit sauce or compote.
