Spice mix for traditional Swedish wort bread, especially popular at Christmas and Easter 70g
Ingredients: Malt extract, rye flour, spices (anise, fennel, clove, cardamum, bitter orange peel), salt 5,6%, caramelised sugar.
For one large bread, you'll need 25g yeast, 25g soft butter, 300ml water (or julmust or beer), 1 packet vortmix, 50ml dark syrup, 400ml rye flour, 500ml wheat flour, 100ml raisins, fro brushing the bread: 50ml water and 20g dark syrup
