Traditional concentrate for a true Scandinavian mulled wine (Glögg in Swedish, Gløgg in Danish and Norwegian, Glögi in Finnish) 500ml glass bottle makes 2 litres of glögg. Non-alcoholic.
Bring 1 part of glögg concentrate and 3 parts of water to the boil. Add red wine, raisins and almonds if desired. Serve hot.
