Fried potatoes made from blanched potatoes. Simply tear open the bag, distribute the fresh potato slices evenly in the pan and slowly fry until golden brown. Particularly tasty with a fried egg and herb quark. 400g, 2 portions
Instructions: 1. UNPACK – Tear open the bag at the marking on the side and loosen the contents by kneading gently. 2. FRYING – Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a coated pan. Spread the potatoes evenly in the pan. Fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes without turning. 3. TURN – Turn the potatoes and fry for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown. At the end, serve fried potatoes. Tip: do not turn too early. Bon Appetit!
