With its fine almond flavor, the Polak pudding tastes just like your grandmother's. Prepared with 500ml of boiling milk and about 40g of sugar, you get four servings of delicious almond pudding with almond pieces. 50g
Preparation: you'll need 500ml milk and 40g (2 tbsp) sugar.
Remove 6 tbsp out of the milk and mix the pudding powder into it well. Bring the rest of the milk to boil with the sugar. Take the milk off the heat, add the stirred pudding powder and then boil for further 2 minutes with constant stirring. Pour the prepared pudding into a cold water-rinsed dish. Cool down before serving.
