RUF cherry Jello (Götterspeise) tastes simply divinely fruity - and a lot of vitamin C is also included! 2 bags. The contents of one bag is sufficient for 500 ml of water and gives four portions.
Preparation: You still need: 500ml water and 75-100g of sugar per bag.
1. Place the contents of a bag and the desired amount of sugar in a glass bowl. 2. Bring 500ml water to a boil and pour over the powder. Stir with a whisk until powder and sugar are completely dissolved. 3. Let the jelly set in the glass bowl, or in serving glasses, several hours (eg overnight) in the refrigerator. Before serving, rinse the bowl briefly in hot water so you can easily remove the jelly with a knife around the edges.
