Cream doesn't get thin by itself anymore with RUF Cream Stiffener ('sahnefest'). You can rely on it when filling and decorating your baked goods with cream stiffener. Add one package of RUF Cream Stiffener in the cream and your cream will remain stiff. It's also ideal for preventing fruit flans from getting soggy. Simply sprinkle RUF Cream Stiffener on the bottom, add the fruit, and finished!
