Layer on layer creamy vanilla treat! RUF cake cream lets you manage your baking perfectly and can be used as a base for butter cream, chocolate cream or any other creamy goodness variant. The preparation is quick and easy; just add cold milk and stir! 100g makes 250ml cream.
Preparation: Add 250ml cold milk to a mixing bowl. Add the contents of the bag and stir briefly with an electric hand beater first at a low speed, then mix at the highest speed for 2-3 minutes.
Ingredients: sugar, palm oil (partially hardened), glucose syrup, emulsifiers E 471 and E 472a, milk protein, modified starch, maltodextrin, thickener carrageenan, flavor, dye riboflavins.
