This mousse with a delicate bourbon vanilla taste just melts on your tongue. The fine RUF mousse vanilla is simply a classic dessert for a festive meal. Only whip 250ml milk, let cool and enjoy. This pack contains four portions of fine vanilla mousse.
Preparation: You need: 250ml cold milk (1.5% fat).
Place the cold milk into a tall, hot rinsed mixing bowl and add the contents of the bag. Using an electric hand mixer (beater) first mix well at the lowest speed and then beat at the highest speed for 3 minutes. Pour the mousse into a dessert jug or a glass pan and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. The mousse tastes best when it is consumed right afterwards. It should not be stored in the refrigerator for more than one day.
