Mix of spices for Stamppot Boerenkool (mashed potatoes with kale). Try it with smoked sausage and gravy!
You'll need 1.5 kg potatoes, 600g Boerenkool (Chopped kale), 200ml milk and butter
Instructions: Peel and wash the potatoes. Wash kale. Put potatoes and kale in a pan with a layer of water and cook for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the milk. Drain potatoes and kale, mash finely and stir with milk and a knob of butter until smooth. Add the mix and let the stew warm fully. Serve warm
