A perfect companion to all lamb meat - spiced with rosemary, thyme and red wine. Makes 500ml sauce.
Best before date: 12/05/2019. A ‘Best Before’ date refers to the quality of the food. This date gives you an idea of when the food should be eaten if you want to eat it at its best quality. After the ‘Best Before’ date it is likely that the quality of the product may begin to change. It isn’t a safety issue and food can still be sold by shops beyond its ‘Best Before’ date as long as it’s still fit to eat.
Ingredients: Starch, red wine powder 17%, sugar, salt, aroma, meat extract, dye (ammonia caramel, paprika extract), madeira extract, onion, rapeseed oil, herbs (rosemary, thyme), yeast extract, acid (tartaric acid), tomato, garlic, stabilizer (locust bean flour).
Preparation: 1. Add the powder into a saucepan with 450ml water and 50ml cream. 2. Cook for 5 minutes while stirring with a whisk.
