A perfect companion to all lamb meat - spiced with rosemary, thyme and red wine. Makes 500ml sauce.
Ingredients: Starch, red wine powder 17%, sugar, salt, aroma, meat extract, dye (ammonia caramel, paprika extract), madeira extract, onion, rapeseed oil, herbs (rosemary, thyme), yeast extract, acid (tartaric acid), tomato, garlic, stabilizer (locust bean flour).
Preparation: 1. Add the powder into a saucepan with 450ml water and 50ml cream. 2. Cook for 5 minutes while stirring with a whisk.
