Vegan whipped cream is made without animal products of any kind! Whether as an accompaniment to fruit and dessert or to garnish cakes and cupcakes, this vegan whipped cream is always a pleasure. Just add 200 ml water, stir up and it's ready! 2 packs makes 400ml vegan whipped cream.
Best before date: 31/05/2018. A ‘Best Before’ date refers to the quality of the food. This date gives you an idea of when the food should be eaten if you want to eat it at its best quality. After the ‘Best Before’ date it is likely that the quality of the product may begin to change. It isn’t a safety issue and food can still be sold by shops beyond its ‘Best Before’ date as long as it’s still fit to eat.
1. Add 200 ml of cold water (max. 20C) to a tall bowl, add the contents of a bag and stir briefly with an electric hand mixer at the lowest speed.
2. Then mix for 4 minutes at the highest speed.
3. To use as a cream substitute with fruit, dessert or cake, the cream can be used directly after the beating. For garnishing cakes or cupcakes we recommend keeping the cream refrigerated for half an hour
