With Dr. Oetker cake mousse with chocolate flavour you get a cake mousse with an extra firm and airy consistency, and it is therefore possible to make extra high layers in cakes.
Preparation instructions: 1. Mix the contents of the bag with 250ml of cold skimmed milk 2. Beat with an electric mixer at the lowest power for 1 min, then at full power for 2 min until soft or 4 minutes until hard foam 3. The cake mousse is ready to use.
