This creme of wild berries combines the sweet and sour fruit elements with a fine cream for the ultimate taste adventure. The dessert will enchant you spoon after spoon and is being prepared ever so easily: Simply mix up the cream powder with 250ml milk and let it chill for an hour – done! Gluten free. 2 portions
Preparation:1. Pour 250ml cold milk into a mixing bowl. 2. Add the cream powder and stir briefly with a mixer at the lowest level. Then whisk for 2 minutes at the highest level. 3. Fill the cream in dessert glasses or a bowl and put in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
