Edible gelatine does not need to swell and does not need to be heated. A sachet of Gelatine Fix is equivalent to 2-3 sheets of gelatine and is sufficient for 250 ml of liquid or 250 g of cream, fruit puree or dairy products. 2pack 30g
Prepare the recipe according to the preparation instructions for gelatine fix: 1. Required amount of gelatine 1 bag of gelatine corresponds to 2-3 bags of gelatine 2 bags of gelatine correspond to 1 pack of mixed gelatine 1 bag of gelatine is sufficient for - 250 ml liquid, e.g. B. Juice or - 250 g cream, milk products, fruit puree 2. Preparation depending on the ingredients Attention: Always stir in the sugar at the very end! Whipping cream only: Drizzle in the gelatin while whipping. stir in sugar. Quark/yoghurt cream: Whip the cream until stiff. Stir the gelatine into the quark/yoghurt for 1 minute using a mixer (stirring rods) or a whisk. Fold in the cream. stir in sugar. Liquid: Stir in the gelatine with a whisk for 1 minute. stir in sugar. Cooling time see recipe. Note: Does not work with some fresh tropical fruits, e.g. B. pineapple, kiwi, figs and mangoes. This is because these fruits contain an enzyme that dissolves gelatin.
