Dr. Oetker brings to you the basic mixture for a warm and sweet lunch idea: The traditional quark soufflé ('topfenauflauf'). To refine the soufflè, simply add some raisins. Our tip: Do serve Dr. Oetker curd souffé hot and with some stewed plums, pulp or hot caramel sauce. Dr. Oetker curd souffé – ever so fluffy and tasty! 100g

Ingredients: Sugar, Starch, Modified Starch, WHEAT STARCH, Natural Bourbon-Vanilla Flavor, Acidifier Citric Acid, Natural Flavor

You will need: 1L casserole dish, butter, icing sugar, 250g quark, 3 eggs, 125ml water, 40g sugar (optionally 20g raisins)

Preparation: 1. Grease the ovenproof baking dish and preheat the oven to 180-200°C. Separate the egg whites and yolks. Blend the baking mix with the poppy seeds, yolks, water and 1 tbsp sugar in a mixing bowl and stir for 1 min with a hand mixer. Add raisins if desired. 2. Beat the 3 egg whites with 1 tablespoon of sugar until stiff and carefully place them under the yolk mass. 3. Add the mass to the prepared baking dish. Place the baking dish on the middle of the oven. Baking time: approx. 35 min. Then quickly divide into portions, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve immediately hot.
