Best before date: 30/06/2019. A ‘Best Before’ date refers to the quality of the food. This date gives you an idea of when the food should be eaten if you want to eat it at its best quality. After the ‘Best Before’ date it is likely that the quality of the product may begin to change. It isn’t a safety issue and food can still be sold by shops beyond its ‘Best Before’ date as long as it’s still fit to eat.
Preparation: 1. Rinse mixing bowl with hot water and then add 1 cup cold milk (or 200ml cold milk plus 100g cold whipping cream). 2. Add contents of package to your milk with a hand mixer on the lowest setting. 3. When blended, mix for three (3) minutes on the highest setting. 4. Spoon mixture into dessert glasses or a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least one (1) hour. 5. Sprinkle with cocoa powder just before serving.
