This new vegetable gelling agent will turn your tart creams, jellies and desserts into a guaranteed success. Simply boil and mix it! Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. 4 x 4g sachet pack

1 sachet gelling agent corresponds to 1-3 gelatine leaves; 2 sachets gelling agent corresponds to 4-6 gelatine leaves, 3 sachets gelling agent corresponds to 7-9 gelatine leaves. For recipes with 10-12 gelatine leaves, use 5 sachets gelling agent with 500ml liquid.

Preparation:

1. For 1 sachet gelling agent, 100ml cold liquid water is needed 2. Mix gelling agent with cold liquid in a saucepan with a whisk. 3. Boil until bubbly while stirring and then0 mix directly into your mixture to thick
