Rice porridge for 4 persons:
You'll need 200ml porridge rice, 200ml water, 1 liter milk, 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation: Boil porridge and water for a few minutes while stirring. Add the milk and bring to boil, let simmer on low to medium heat. Stir frequently in the pan so that porridge does not burn. After approx. 50 min. add the salt, stir around an extra time and then the rice porridge is ready for serving. Served with butter and cinnamon sugar.
