Just add: 500g minced meat or meat substitute, OR 300g mince and 230g lentils, 2 tbsp cooking oil, 350ml milk, grated cheese
Preparation: Less Meat version: 1. Heat the oven to 200C. Add 2 tbsp oil to a frying pan and brown 300g minced meat and 230g pre-cooked lentils in it. Add the sauce ingredients, 300ml milk and 600ml cold water. Stir and let it boil for a few minutes. 2. Put the pasta pieces in a greased baking dish and pour the sauce evenly over the pasta. Sprinkle grated cheese on top if desired. 3. Bake in the oven on the middle level for 25-30 minutes. Let the Lasagne rest for 5 minutes before serving.
