Quick tasty mushroom risotto. Gluten free. A real feast! 3-4 portions

Bring KNORR risotto with 700ml water to boil, cover the pan halfway and let the liquid boil down for 18 minutes. Remove the pan from the stove and stir in approx. 30 g butter and 25 g grated cheese (Parmesan). Let stand covered for 2 minutes.

Ingredients: rice, rice flour, iodized salt, palm oil, yeast extract, 1.7% mushrooms (butter mushrooms, porcini mushrooms), onions, garlic, turmeric, acidulant (ascorbic acid).
