Sandefjordsmør is a traditional Norwegian sauce with a taste of lemon and parsley, and is suitable for both cooked and fried fish. It is a matter of course for salmon, but also tastes great with white fish. Feel free to add fresh parsley and a little finely grated lemon peel. Easy to like, easy to make.
Preparation:Empty the bag contents into a saucepan. Add 200ml water. Bring to a boil, stirring, use whisk. Let the sauce cook for 1 minute. Whisk in 100g butter in small cubes. Stir occasionally.
