GINGERSNAP & MUSTARD GLAZING FOR HAM
ingredients:
1 egg yolk
1 tbs potato or corn flour
50ml medium hot Finnish mustard
50g gingersnaps
method:
1. mix the flour and mustard into the egg yolk
2. remove the skin and fat of the ham and cover with the mustard mix
3. top the mustard mix with crushed gingersnaps
4. bake for 15 minutes at 225 degrees oven
