Lingonberry Sauce for Salmon

 

½ cup pine nuts

½ cup Lingonberry Jam

100g unsalted butter

Lemon Juice

Salt & White Pepper

 

Lightly brown the pine nuts in the butter using medium heat. When browning is done add lingonberry jam/syrup and a dash of lemon juice. Whisk ingredients until smooth and add salt and white pepper to taste. Serve with baked or grilled salmon or trout.
