Fleischwurst Sausage in Creamy Sauce

1 Fleischwurst
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 onions
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
300ml water
200ml light sour cream
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Remove the sausage peel and cut them into wedges. Peel and dice the onion.
Brown the sausage slices and diced onion gently in the oil. Sprinkle the flour into the pan and continue browning until the flour will get a little color.
Add tomato paste and water and stir until smooth. Add sour cream, season with salt and white pepper. Boil for 10 minutes and season to your taste.

Serve with boiled or mashed potatoes and beetroot salad.
