Ingredients:Red wine (contains sulfites), sugar, modified starch, gelatin, egg white powder, acidifier (citric acid), flavoring
Preparation: 78g cream powder for 125ml red wine, 75ml water, and 125g whipping cream 1. Combine red wine and water (both at room temperature) in a mixing bowl. 2. Add the cream powder and mix briefly with a mixer (with grease-free beaters) on the lowest setting. Then beat for 2 minutes on the highest setting. 3. Whip the cold whipped cream until stiff and stir in briefly. 4. Pour the red wine cream into glasses or a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
