Ingredients: Starch (potato, corn), flavorings, wheat flour, yeast extract, tomato powder, onions, iodized table salt, sugar, table salt, caramelized sugar syrup, celeriac, balsamic vinegar powder (wine vinegar, grape must), paprika, garlic, smoked bacon(pork bacon, table salt, smoke), nutmeg, onion juice concentrate, pepper, bay leaves, sunflower oil, parsley root, juniper oil
Preparation: 1) Brown 3 stuffed roulades (170g meat each) in 1 tbsp of hot oil on all sides. Remove from the pan. 2) Pour 375ml water into the pan. Stir in the sauce and bring to a boil. 3) Cover and simmer the roulades with the sauce over low heat for 1.5 hours. Stir occasionally and turn the roulades. Add a little more water if necessary. A classic filling consists of mustard, gherkins, onions, and bacon. Classic accompaniments include potatoes or dumplings and red cabbage.
