The addition of quark and yoghurt will make the Dr Oetker classic German cheese cake (Käse Kuchen) wonderfully juicy, fresh and easy to make. A golden brown pleasure that must not be missed on any coffee table!

Ingredients: Sugar, WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, baking powder, raising agent (disodium diphosphate and sodium bicarbonate), colorings (carotene, riboflavin), aroma vanillin.

For preparation you'll need: cake tin (Ø 26 cm), a little fat, a little wheat flour, 250g soft butter (or 100g margarine and 150g butter) 4 eggs (size M), 500g quark and 300g plain unsweetened yoghurt
