Blå Band Chanterelle soup is smooth and has a rounded chanterelle flavor. The soup is perfect as a starter or as a light snack. Makes 750ml of ready soup.
Preparation:
1. Mix the contents of the bag into 600ml of cold water.
2. Bring the soup to boil, stirring constantly and allow to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add 150ml milk and heat. Serve.
