For delicious Swedish Meatballs ('Köttbullar') with creamy mushroom sauce, you will need 400g beef mince, 150g mushrooms and 100ml cream. Makes 3 portions

Preparation You'll need 400g mince, 150g of sliced mushrooms and 100ml cream 1. Season the mince with salt and pepper and form approx. 15 small meatballs. Clean mushrooms and cut into quarters. 2. Brown meatballs in some hot oil on medium heat about 6 minutes all around. Add mushrooms and sauté with the meatballs. 3. Slide the meatballs on a side of the skillet, add 350ml cold water and 100ml cream and stir in the content of this package. Bring to a boil while stirring and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
