Finnish Forest Mushroom Salad

    1 can Sauvo Diced Mushrooms
    1 small shallot
    1/2 small Granny Smith apple
    150g creme fraiche
    black pepper
    salt
    splash of lemon juice
    chives or spring onion to garnish (optional)

Drain the mushrooms. Peel and chop the onion and apple. Mix all together with the creme fraiche and add black pepper, salt and lemon juice to taste.
let cool in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
