Preparation: 1) Brown 500g lean pork (e.g., from the leg) in 1 tbsp of hot oil on all sides. 2) Add 400ml water, stir in the seasoning, and bring to a boil while stirring. 3) Cover and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour. Turn the meat halfway through cooking. Add a little more water if needed. This dish is delicious with potato dumplings and red cabbage.
