Lingonberry Snow ('Puolukkalumi')
200ml lingonberry jam
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 egg whites
1-2 tbsp sugar
Whisk the egg whites and lemon juice until fluffy, then add sugar until the mixture is stiff.
